In recent days, on the occasion of its 60th anniversary, the company involved its employees and collaborators in a journey aimed at learning, strengthening ties and establishing mutual trust.
The experience, which took place over two days, also involved the Swiss production site Li&Co AG which involved the participants in an interesting visit inside the plant. Seeing the birth of the floors that are distributed every day, interfacing with the production reality, discussing critical issues, was of fundamental importance for all the people involved. Sharing the different points of view linked to the process, being able to touch the raw material firsthand, changing perspective in a collaborative perspective, allowed all participants to develop a new sensitivity, greater awareness and a renewed team spirit .
The convivial moments spent together and the long bus trips allowed all the participants to show their more human side, the one that is generally distorted by the context and work rhythms. This opportunity made the strengthening relationships between colleagues and acquaintances possible. while the stories, told by those who have lived the company since it was a small paint factory or by those who, step by step, contributed to its growth and diffusion, have animated a company that is much more than the set of its physical parts.
When a company is made up of people rather than machines, when it still believes in human value and the pure ingenuity of those who live the company every day, it is destined to live forever.
It’s always people who make great things: their lack of predictability, their being unique and wonderful, the ability to transform the world with an authentic and genuine sensitivity, are fluid and changing matter which, when aiming in unison towards a common goal, becomes unstoppable and capable of wonders. The Li&Pra team has survived economic, political and health crises, has overcome every difficulty at a slow and steady pace, and that is what it continues to do today, with the foresight of a wise adult and the wonder of a child.
